Overview
We are a high-end travel company focused on Bhutan and the Himalayas. We require an experienced Wix designer/developer to build a new MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) sub-section on our existing website:

This is **not a full website build**. It is a **new subdirectory/microsite-style section** integrated into the current site.

**1. Page structure & build (Wix)**

* Create a new subdirectory:
**/mice** (not a subdomain)
* Build:

* Main MICE landing page
* Bhutan sub-page (/mice/bhutan)
* Integrate into existing website:

**2. Design requirements**

* Minimal, calm, spacious design
* Premium, editorial feel (not corporate / not templated)
* Content-led (not overly image-heavy)
* Strong typography and layout hierarchy
* Must feel aligned with a luxury, discreet brand

**Important:**

* No cliché “corporate retreat” visuals or stock-heavy layouts
* Design should feel considered, quiet, and intelligent

**3. Content implementation**

* All copy is already written and will be provided
* You will:

* Structure content cleanly across sections
* Design layouts that enhance readability and flow
* Key sections include:

* Why the Himalayas for MICE
* Why Himalayan Echoes
* Leadership journeys
* Destinations
* Activities
* Sustainability
* Facilitators
* Press
* CTA + form + brochure download

**4. Functionality**

* Lead enquiry form (with destination logic across pages)
* Brochure download integration
* Clean navigation between pages
* Mobile optimisation (very important)

**5. SEO (must be included)**

* On-page SEO setup:

* Meta titles & descriptions
* URL structure (/mice, /mice/bhutan)
* Heading hierarchy
* Image optimisation
* Ensure page is properly indexed and aligned with Wix SEO tools
* Work with provided keyword direction

### Deliverables

* Fully built and live MICE section on Wix
* Desktop + mobile optimised
