Luxury Art Deco Architectural Case Study (5 Slides)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a world-class presentation designer to create a premium, 5-slide case study for a high-end construction project: the restoration of the iconic El Dorado Lobby at 300 Central Park West, NYC.
This is not a standard corporate deck. This presentation will be the primary "hero" link from an email campaign sent to architects, building managers, and luxury property owners. The aesthetic must be elegant, architectural, and historic.
The Vision
Aesthetic: Art Deco-inspired, refined, and portfolio-driven. Think "luxury shelter magazine" (e.g., Architectural Digest or Detail) rather than a sales pitch.
Palette: See color deck: https://files.catbox.moe/vnqk6a.pdf
Typography: Neue Haas Grotesk Display Pro
Layout: Image-dominant, full-bleed photography, generous white space (breathing room), and minimal, polished text. No clutter or heavy graphics.
Scope of Work
5 Slides total: Cover, Building History, Logistics/Phasing, Technical Details/Craftsmanship, and Outcome/CTA.
Assets Provided: I will provide a detailed 5-slide content outline (titles and body copy) and high-resolution professional photography of the completed lobby.
Format: Final delivery in PowerPoint.
Requirements
A portfolio that demonstrates an eye for high-end minimalist design and architectural photography layouts.
Ability to work with a "quiet luxury" aesthetic (avoiding bright colors, shadows, or generic icons).
To Apply
Please share 2–3 examples of your work that best reflect a luxury, architectural, or editorial style. If you have experience designing for real estate, restoration, or architecture firms, please highlight that.
