I'm seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fashion design and garment engineering for a unique project. The task entails designing a line of luxe, fashionable and innovative medical scrubs, incorporating cutting-edge features and sustainable materials.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recommend suitable materials, machines, stitching techniques, and construction methods for creating high-end and smart medical scrubs.
2. Develop a comprehensive commercial tech pack.
3. Produce clean, detailed mockup designs for manufacturing purposes.
4. Provide pre-production measurement specifications.

The primary focus of this project is to embed innovative features into the scrubs, making them stand out in the market. This includes:
- Unique style, fashionable scrub designs for high end aesthetician clinics in the UAE
- Antimicrobial properties to ensure hygiene and safety
- Comfortable fabric for long shifts
- Stretchable fabric to allow for ease of movement

All designs should try to utilize recycled fabrics, aligning with the growing demand for sustainable fashion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of garment construction, and a passion for creating high-quality, innovative apparel with out of the box ideas.
