Looking for someone to create 2 labels for me, i will need to edit text on these so needs to be word doc. I need a 50mm circle one and a 40 x 40mm rectangle one

I am looking for a skilled designer who can create two labels for me. One label should be a 50mm circle and the other a 40 x 40mm rectangle. The labels need to be in a Word document format so that I can easily edit the text.
Specific Requirements:
- Both circle and rectangle labels are needed
- I have specific design elements that I want to be included in the labels
- The labels should allow for basic text editing, such as wording changes
I have attached a few files on work i already have done, i want both the circle and the rectangle labels to look the same as my company logo (just black and white) I have attached one which shows you the text line i will need to be adding (the fragrance section) I also will need to add the smells of the fragrance so slightly bigger text bar would be needed.
