Looking for a seamless pattern designer

I am a start up digital fabric printing business and I am looking to hire seamless pattern designers who understand visual texture, and who are available for repeat work. My designs will be a little more complex, so I need someone who is focused on details, and adding texture or elements that make the idea more high end or luxurious. I need exclusive rights to the designs for commercial use.
