Looking for pixel art and cartoon manager!

Hi my name is Dimosthenis and i am an illustrator from Greece.
I specialized in pixel art and cartoons, and i cannot find any commissions or jobs.
I would like a person to provide me these kind of jobs and i will pay him with a percentage of that current commission project ( i am open to suggestions about the payment )
