Looking for a graphic/UX designer to help on a few projects
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We're looking for a graphic/UX designer to help with a few projects. Pay is usually $20 per page. We already have existing designs that we would like to work with, so the designer will need to be able to work with the existing design and make improvements to it.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in UX/UI design/Adobe products/Figma
- Experience with website redesign
- Strong understanding of user experience
- Ability to work with existing designs and make improvements
What I usually do is create a wireframe to outline the general structure I have in mind, and then the graphic designer enhances it to make it visually appealing and user-friendly.
NOTE: I solely employ individuals who can provide concrete evidence of their abilities with sample work. There are too many dishonest, delusional people claiming to be designers who don't know what they are doing. No thanks.
As a test, using Figma or Adobe XD make the following page https://www.happierabroad.org/soapbox more visually appealing and user-friendly. Add likes, comments, view count, and fix issue with the search box taking up so much space. I would like the search box to collapsible or improved in some way. It occupies an excessive amount of space. I have attached some sample images.
If we like your design, you'll be paid for it.
If you can't provide a sample, don't reply and don't bother, or you'll be blocked and reported. Don't ask me anything before providing a sample. I don't want to hear it. I don't want to see anything. JUST NO, okay?
We would prefer someone from the United States. 3rd world people have a hard time understanding simple concepts. They are always taking too much energy away from design process and having it focus on them. If you're getting perplexed and disoriented by these basic concepts and lines when it comes to distinguishing between desktop and mobile platforms, don't bother.
