Looking for graphic artist to complete a design idea to be printed on a T-shirt

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled graphic artist to bring my logo design idea to life and create a design that will be printed on a T-shirt.
Design Idea:
- The design idea is a logo.
Color Preferences:
- I have a specific color preference for the design - Yes.
Preferred Style:
- The preferred style for the design is modern.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design software and tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in logo design.
- Ability to create modern and eye-catching designs.
- Knowledge of color theory and ability to create visually appealing color combinations.
- Understanding of T-shirt printing requirements and ability to create designs suitable for printing.
The uniform on the player I would like to be all black.
The helmet I would also like to be black, with the face mask red.
The final product will go on either a black or a red t-shirt so I would like two files, one with the lettering (red fill/white border) and the other (black fill/white border)
The player I would like to have a border as well, something distinct due to he uniform being black, printed on a black shirt.
