Looking for full time creative graphic designer

I am looking for a full time graphic designer to work with my current team. Must have good portfolio to showcase and must have 2 years of experience in graphic designing software like photoshop, illustrator, figma etc. Should also be able to produce short social media videos. Full time monday to friday , 9 am to 7 pm work. I can pay upto 25000 to 30,000 Inr / per month. Need it for minimum 6 months time period.
