Looking for a freelancer who is an expert in creating visually appealing graphics

I’ve created a new project where I will regularly be making graphics with very interesting data. My idea is to find a freelancer who is an expert in creating attractive graphics. I will provide all the data in Excel and the main ideas for how the graphic should look, and they would create it. I plan to pay €1 for each graphic, for example, hiring a pack of 10 for €10. If the results are good, I intend to hire more in the future, and if the graphics perform well, I could pay a bit more for each graphic later on. The idea is to make very clear and clean (but powerfull) graphics. I attach some examples.
