Looking for an experienced ebook cover designer

Looking for an experienced ebook cover designer who can read Japanese kanji characters. Either polish my initial design created in Canva or create a new cover based on initial design. Writing a Japanese kanji and hiragana character is not necessary, but ability of reading Japanese characters and handing the characters will be a big help.
