Looking for experienced designer for simple web app design

I am looking for a designer who can understand whole requirements regarding the web app and can design ui-ux friendly interface (figma is preferable)
While the discussing, the requirement doc will be provided to the candidate.
It's just a small piece design(require at most 2 pages) so will take only a few hours to experienced one.
