Looking for UI developer who can design/convert mockup into stunning App Design for both iOS and Android

I want you to design 5 pages and 2 pop-ups which are following mentioned below -

Pages -
1st Page - Splash Page
2nd Page - Login Page
3rd Page - Home screen, when there will no notification exists
4th Page - Notifications Page
5th Page - Approved / Rejected Page (Both page will have same design only difference will be there maybe require different colors to highlight and Icons like you can see on mockup, Icons I'll provide you for this)

Pop-ups -
1st Pop-up - Hamburger Pop-up
2nd Pop-up - Details Pop-up

Please go through the attachment I attached here. Looking for Expert UI designer having keen eye to work on every single detail, Design has to be modern and eye catchy.

Please remember while bidding - I don't care how much busy you're on other projects or on any other stuffs. I expect to get this done within a day from the time you accept the project. Meanwhile please write on the top 'Rockstar UI Designer' I can make sure you read the description. I believe who's expert in this Industry will not take him/her more than 5 - 6 Hours so I want very quick turn around to deliver this and budget will be INR ₹1350.
