Looking for an assistant to create low-content books for KDP

Looking for an assistant to create low-content books for KDP. This would include covers and interiors. Types of books I am looking to have created include Coloring books, Handwriting books, puzzle books, and journals. I will have a list of titles/subtitles keywords Ect. and you would be required to create a Book cover and description on the back cover as well as interiors for some of the books. Please respond with the types of books you have experience creating, in what file formats will you include in your fulfillment, and the approximate time frame. I am looking for Quality NOT speed. I plan to hire a few freelancers to create two or three completed books to evaluate to later move forward with a larger quantity order.
