Looking for Top Graphic designer for packaging job

We’re looking out for a professional graphic designer who can help us with creating an attractive packaging for our product. We already have a logo available that functions as a base for you to continue on. Text is there as well, and most of the icons we’re using, too.
The packaging consist of three separate elements. A plastic bag, a cardboard tube in which the plastic bags are placed, and a transport/ display box. The graphics are essentially the same for all three elements, but the lay-out is obviously different.
This gig is for the packaging alone, but for the right candidate, we have additional —second-stage— design work as well. This includes box-design, stationary, web design and even design for a full scale crowdfunding campaign. All per Freelancer rules and regs, obviously.
The ideal candidate starts with providing links to his portfolio. (S)he is able to work fast, create Western-style, modern and crisp designs and understands what respectful behavior entails. Clear and concise communication is of pivotal importance. No need to quote us when not able or willing to communicate on a daily basis.
The graphic design you’re going to produce is based on our own logo. Hence, the copyrights are ours. By accepting this job, you automatically adhere to this condition.
