Looking for Long-Term Designer for Land Listing Images
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hello,
I’m a land investor who sells vacant land online, and I’m currently looking for a skilled graphic designer to help create high-quality marketing images for my property listings. These images are used on my website and across multiple land marketplaces.
In the past, I worked with a marketing agency that produced strong visual assets for my listings. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business, so I’m now looking for someone new to work with long-term.
I’ve created a Google Drive folder with examples of the types of images I’ve used previously so you can understand the style and quality I’m aiming for:

That said, I’m not looking for someone to simply copy these designs. I want to work with a designer who can bring their own creativity, improve on the concept, and create something more modern, polished, and visually compelling.
This would be ongoing work, as I regularly list new properties. I’m looking for someone reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
In terms of budget, my previous team was priced affordably (around $3–$4/hour), and I’m looking to stay in a similar range for the right long-term fit. I value efficiency and consistency and am happy to build a steady workflow with the right person.
