Looking for Logo and Graphic Designer

I need a logo and graphic designer to assist in logo design and fishing shirt & apparel design. I need to be able to own the design myself and have a copy of it, so I can produce the products and you design the format of shirts etc for me. I have the photos and ideas of how I would like the shirts to look. Will be full long sleeve sublimation shirts. Will be for more the one shirt designs, if happy will be a long term partnership.
