Looking for Illustrator for Creative Graphic Tees

We have many ideas and these ideas all will be used to create garments. We are looking for an artist/illustrator to bring our ideas to life. Essentially we would provide you with descriptions and reference photos and you would be tasked with creating an illustration to print on garments. Please include a portfolio of your artwork.
