Looking for a Graphic Designer to create T-shirt and apparel designs for a Nature themed company

We are launching a nature themed clothing and apparel company and unfortunately none of our current team members are graphic design wizards. The company is going to be centered around the idea that the noise in life can be tamed by spending a little bit of time in nature. Ideally, we'd love to have an ongoing working relationship with a designer as the company progresses. We are aiming to start with an initial launch of of maybe 5-10 designs and release more designs individually as time passes. Like I said, we are hoping to make this a long term working relationship. We are really looking to just find someone interested in this type of a project and then we work out the best way to go about the working relationship.
