Looking for Graphic Designer

I am looking to employ a professional graphic designer to add to some existing artwork. Please see attached PSD and images. I need simple silhouettes creating for the artwork from images. The first one I need is attached. If the designer does an excellent job, I will employ to do further images (I need 20 in total but this project is for only 1 to start with) There is a layered PSD file attached. The album I would like to create is called smoke. I would like the designer to make a silhouette of a city street or a street light or smoke. It needs to be only 2 colours.
