Looking for a Graphic Design Artist

We have a logo (a JPG version is attached) that we refer to as the "dancing children". I would like to create a GIF file where the children actually dance. I envisioned 2 of them rotating 5-10 degrees clockwise while the other 2 rotate 5-10 degrees counterclockwise. Then, after they all go back to center, the first 2 rotate 5-10 degrees counterclockwise while the other 2 rotate 5-10 degrees clockwise, and then go back to center. This would repeat on a loop.
