Looking for Graphic Artist for Film Festival assets

Looking for a graphic artist to create key art and graphic design elements to create marketing assets for film festival. Must be based in Australia and have design certification and experience in arts-based design work. Will be designing small range of marketing assets including festival poster, banners and signage, postcard, print program etc. using existing logo and basic branding.
