Looking for an Email Marketing Wizard! Woodpecker & Mailchimp

We are an digital marketing agency, and we would like to up our game with:
Cold email marketing (using woodpecker). We would be looking for someone to source email contacts relevant to the type of clients we are looking to on board, and create, send, and manage these outreach email campaigns.
Existing data email marketing (using mailchimp) so that we are sending out high quality content to ensure our existing clients/past clients/ and prospects that we didn't onboard in the past are engaged with us. the person will need to arrange content/design templates, manage the sends, and also report on the data of each campaign.
Prospect Email marketing - this will be using auto email sequencing sending out automated prospecting emails to leads that we have had in but not closed to ensure the prospect lead back to our company foranother chance of closing them.
We also need to ensure that our email marketing campaigns are hooked up properly to our CMS.
