Looking for a Digital Marketer/Designer

My design company is looking for someone to handle our social media pages by curating content and designing the posts. My company specializes in brand identity and industrial design.
We are looking for someone for long term basis with responsibilities such as -
1. Should curate a monthly calendar along with the content and researched and taargeted hashtags
2. Should handle social media pages - Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
3. Should be able to handle design works on either Photoshop or Illustrator (at least Canva)
4. Fresh, creative, and quirky ideas are what we are looking for.
Our main target audience in the Middle East and Europe.
Our Goal with Digital Marketing is - Brand Awareness ad Inbound Sales.
