Looking for a Designer to Create a Snazzy Email

My team has put together an email that will be going out to a large audience and we are hoping to add some polished design touches so it doesn't look like a boring, every-day email. See uploaded file for general look and feel we're going for. Whatever you create should be able to be sent as an email through Microsoft Outlook. This is a quick turn ask. I can get you the content by 3pm EDT today and I'm hoping to have a first draft by 10am EDT tomorrow (Friday) and the content finalized by 5pm EDT Friday. Thanks in advance!
