Looking for an Architect to Design a Luxury Countryside Resort & Equestrian Club (Master Plan + 3D Rendering)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello,
We are seeking a skilled and creative architect to design a complete architectural vision for a luxury countryside resort and equestrian club on a 200,000 square meter land plot located near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Scope of Work:
Master Plan Design that clearly defines all key zones, including:
Boutique hotel area
Independent chalet units
Full equestrian club (stables, race track, training arenas)
Artificial lake, fountains, and green landscaping
Family recreation zone and a small petting zoo
Restaurants, cafés, reception, entry gates, and parking areas
Preliminary architectural design for key buildings and structures with a rustic or countryside theme (Arabic or European style preferred).
3D Renderings of the entire project (both aerial and ground-level perspectives), using professional tools such as Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
Final deliverables should include:
Master Plan in PDF and CAD formats
High-resolution 3D images (JPEG/PNG)
Optional: Short video animation/flythrough of the project
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing hospitality, resort, or open-space development projects
Strong portfolio of relevant past work (PDF or online link)
Ability to deliver within 3–4 weeks
Fluent communication throughout the project duration
Familiarity with Saudi or GCC architectural codes is a plus

Timeline: 21 to 30 days (flexible depending on scope and quality)
