Looking for a Advertisement Designer to Make a Poster

We are looking for someone who is able to design, create and supply us with Posters, Images, Animations etc. That can capture an audience across the board, with the correct usage of text, images etc combined that will appeal to the audience desired.

Preferably someone who understands the Retail Market, whether electronics or food, and has previous experience making posters, leaflets etc for those.

The goal is to find someone who we can continuously go back to for more design work, more art work etc and keep the same structure of sorts and be able to change it and provide repeat work across the board. But what we don't want is just generic and bland advertisement posters, fliers, Animations etc.
