Looking to find a social media designer to design banners to post on social media

We are looking to find a social media designer to design some basic yet professional social media banners. We pay per banner and looking for someone with ideas. We pay $5 per banner and need it to be sized for Facebook + Instagram + twitter.
This will be an ongoing role and we pay for each banner some weeks there will be multiple banners.
