Looking to combine logo with an image for a background - VERY EASY project

This project is very simple. I would like to have the outline of our logo added in to the banner (Linkedin banner), and the banner color to be changed to the same color green (Green is Green 128 HEX 008000 https://www.colorcombos.com/images/colors/008000.png).
So Just add in the logo outline into the banner and change the color, thats it!
