Long sleeve Shirt design

I just wanted to find a shirt design place or someone that can bring an idea to life maybe. I am just looking for a shirt design (specifically a jockey silk for horse riding) that incorporates Italy and Colombia. Anything is fair game whether stripes, stars, patters, symbols etc.
