Long-Term Partner for PDF Creation and Design

We are a company in the real estate industry, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented freelancer to assist us on a long-term basis with the creation and formatting of PDF documents. These documents need to be designed in a consistent style and format to reflect our professional brand image. The types of documents include property exposés, guides, checklists, and internal documents. Some PDFs will need to be fillable and saveable, allowing users to fill them out and submit them via email, while others will be print-ready content like checklists or guides.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in creating and designing PDF documents, particularly in the real estate sector or similar industries.
Design Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to create attractive and professional designs that align with our brand identity.
Technical Expertise: Ability to create fillable and saveable PDF forms that can be completed and emailed by users.
Consistency: Ensure a consistent style across all documents.
Reliability: Ability to deliver high-quality work regularly and reliably, as new documents will be continually added.

Number of Documents: At least 20 documents initially, with continuous additions.
Document Types: Property exposés, guides, checklists, internal documents, etc.
Formats: Word documents and PDFs.
Responsibilities:
Convert and design Word documents into professional PDFs.
Create fillable and saveable PDF forms.
Design and layout the documents according to our guidelines and brand standards.
Ensure print-friendliness and correct formatting of the PDFs.
