Long-Term Creative Virtual Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a reliable partner I can ping whenever a task pops up—sometimes it’s a five-minute fix, other times it’s a short mini-project. Most of what I hand over falls into three buckets: Graphic Design, Audio & Video Editing, and general virtual-assistant help (think light research, file organization, occasional scheduling).
Right now I have a simple starter job: I’ve downloaded several Instagram Reels and only need their audio. Please extract each track, stitch them together in the given order, and deliver one clean, evenly-levelled file (44.1 kHz WAV or MP3). Any tool—Adobe Audition, Premiere, Audacity, FFmpeg, etc.—is fine as long as the result is seamless.
Long term, you’ll be polishing social graphics, tidying up quick video cuts, creating branded assets, or handling small admin requests whenever they arise. Turnaround time and clear communication matter more to me than fancy pitches. If you’re comfortable jumping between Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or a trusty spreadsheet, you’ll fit right in.
