We’re a US-based web development company looking for a reliable and talented Figma designer to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who loves crafting clean, modern designs and can collaborate smoothly with developers. If you're detail-oriented, passionate about UI/UX, and great at translating ideas into beautiful visuals, we want to hear from you.
Important:
* You MUST be highly proficient in Figma
* You DO NOT need to know how to build a website — our developers can handle that
* Speed and reliability — responsive to feedback, meets deadlines.
* Must be comfortable working with feedback and making revisions quickly
What You’ll Do:
* Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, logos and designs using Figma
* Create clean, organized design files with consistent styles and components
* Work from wireframes or written briefs to create high-fidelity mockups
* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
* Help us refine and elevate our design systems and aesthetic
Must-Have:
* Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean web designs in Figma
* Branding or logo design experience
* Excellent understanding of UI/UX, typography, spacing, and layout
* Experience designing for responsive web (desktop, tablet, mobile)
* Organized, communicative, and easy to work with
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
* Experience with additional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
* Experience with animation and motion design
Job Details:
* Rate: $15/hour
* Hours: Flexible as long as deadlines are met
