Logo update & business card design

We are interested in renewing our logo to update it and adapt it to a more modern design. Our company AB Israport Trade deals with International Trade and export of Israeli and kosher food products abroad with private branding for all types of customers across food industry. Our services include negotiations with suppliers, quality control and development on the packaging design and printing process as well as the product manufacturing process. We also deal with the full logisitcs of shipping around the world.
We have established a sister company in the USA with the same name and logo as here in Israel. The official name is AB Israport Trade Ltd. (Trade and Export) in the USA. The name of the company is US Israport trade corp.
We would need the same logo with just the different details for the Israeli and US company.
