Logo and package design

Hello,
My name is Christopher I work in the private label department.
I'm looking for someone to design a logo and packaging for bicycle seats and seat covers.
Things I will need done will be as follows.
Package design. This could be designing what box and or bag to put it in, cardboard insert to put directions, and any other necessary applicable information.
Custom Logo - it is for bicycle products, but don't be afraid to veer off course a little to provide out of the box ideas and designs.
