Logo for community T-shirt

I am looking for a talented designer to create a unique logo for a community T-shirt project. I have a particular color palette in mind, and while I do not have a detailed design concept yet, I do have some ideas that I would like to incorporate into the design. I need a logo that is text-only; no graphics. I am open to creative suggestions for the design and look forward to seeing the results.
