Logo for Sportscard Supply Retail Company Based in San Diego, CA

Attached is a concept. It is based on a picture of Petco Park in San Diego, CA (where the Padres play).
I would like to keep some sort of Southern California vibe to the logo. Specifically palm trees and it would need to make sense with the name of Ballpark Storage (which is a local play on a company of the same name that rents short term storage units near Petco Park). Any elements of the local references would be highly desired. I would like two logo's (with one variation each). One logo black/white (with the names "ballparkstorage" and "ballpark-storage") and one color with the same two names.
