Logo for Company & Icon for App

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to design our company logo, which will be used on a mobile app (iOS and Android), so we also need an icon for the app, based on our company's logo. We have some criteria already established and we're looking for a professional that could take it and make several options based on that. You'll have a deadline of Friday night to deliver the job.
