Logo design needed

Hello Designers. I attached the image. The image I provided is pretty much what I wanted just cleaned up to a professional standard. I need it Almost exactly the same. just cleaning it up a little and give it a professional eye as well as high quality enough to print on cards and t shirts. I made this in paint so its not high resolution. I need this to be done as soon as possible. Maybe within 1-16 hours if possible. Thank you!
