Logo and design for envelopes, letterhead, e-mail signature and business cards

I need logo and design format for envelopes, business cards, letterhead and e-mail signature block. Needs to be high resolution that can be edited and sent to printer in readily usable format. I have attached what was used in the past, the address of the office has changed. Logo is fine, format of everything can remain the same. Clarity was not good, and it wasn't provided in a format that I could edit to update address.
