Logo design and color palette

Good afternoon, we are looking for a logo designer for our startup.
The person will also need to define a colour palette based on our main color that will be provided once the job is awarded.
The logo must be custom designed, no premade icons/illustrations etc.
The format requested are pdf and vector for each color of the palette.
We are willing to pay € 40 and the job must be completed within 2 days from award.
