Logo design and Packaging design and A4 catalogue design needed.

I am opening a nuts and dry fruit company.
I need a designer to do the following:

1. Make small changes to a logo I have already created.
2. Create a simplistic packaging design with my logo.
3. Create an A4 sized catalogue with approximately 3 to 5 pages of product list and prices.

I need to be able to download the files and make changes to the prices etc on the Catalogue.

I need the specific measurements on the packaging. So when it is printed it can meet certain requirements.

Ideas, colours and theme of the project can be discussed further.
