What do I need?
I need the design of a logo to be the main image of an app I am developing. In the same way I need the brand book for the logo (ways for the logo to be used in different places as... facebook, business stationery, etc).
Where is the logo going to be used?
The logo is to be used in the following sites: 1) Landing page; 2) App Store; 3) Google Play Store; 4) Facebook; 5) Instagram; 6) Linkedin; 7) Business Stationery.
What is the concept of the app?
The app is a "facility manager", focused in assuring to the main user that the mandatory checks over facilities that belong to commercial premises are being performed in a proper way. The app allows the main user to leave the records in forms foreseen for that reason, for them to be shown to different authorities.
How did the concept come up?
The main concept came up as a fire safety manager for assuring the mandatory checks over "fire safety facilities" were performed within specific premises. The technology and the processes were found similar for different facilities, then the project turned up in a more comprehensive idea applying them for more and different facilities as: 1) water tanks; 2) elevators; 3) boilers; 4) grease traps; 5) electricity panels; 6) first aid kits & facilities. All these concepts must be comprehended in the main logo and they should have independent icons (sub-logos), because they are different modules of the main system, but they belong to it.
What is the main feature of the app? What makes us different?
The main feature of the app is the utilization of NFC & QR codes as the guarantee for the performance of any of the tasks. All the facilities that are to be checked are equipped with a NFC / QR tag placed on them, so the user performing the checks on each facility is obliged to tap the phone on the tag, being the record filed in the app, guaranteeing to the main user that the task was performed.
Some other notes:
- I am uploading a file that represented for us the first idea when the "fire safety manager" was the core.
- I am open to color suggestions.
- We want to communicate as well that we are contributing for free to different NGO´s and for example the software will be able to be used for free for specific premises: 1) Small businesses; 2) Crechés / Kinder gardens; 3) Nursing Homes; 4) Public Hospitals; 5) Public Schools; 6) Others.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The following step is the development of the website, so if you are able to do both things much better.
