Logo and a brochure design support needed

My client is launching a furniture store (will be selling Kitchen Cabinets, Sofas, Office Chairs, Accent tables, King benches, beds etc.)

We need support designing a bespoke logo and a brochure please.
1. Logo: two colours - Black and Gold, and with an image of an ancient chair. We need a mature and presentable design.
2. Brochure: we need a double folded A4 size brochure with 24 pages (inc front and back designs).

Here are few details:
1) Company Name: BHEYMEEN LUXURY FURNITURE.
2) We need a custom logo and brochure design for 24 pages (including front/back covers). Copy and imagery to be provided by client. Brochure size will be 8.5 X 11.5.
3) We will add core values, mission & vision (to be provided by client) - so we need an editable format for this brochure please.
