Logo and Visual Design

I need a graphical designer to help determine a company color scheme, design a logo and create some icons and visuals for use in Powerpoint and on a website. This is for a IT consulting business. Looking for a modern aesthetic, potentially with the idea that this is an entrepreneurial American business. Target audience will be medium size privately held businesses. Would like logo to imply advancing or moving forward. Looking to create an impression of a professional business with strong experience.
