Logo Vectorization with Minor Tweaks

I need an existing JPEG logo vectorised into SVG & AI format. Minor design tweaks are required.
Requirements:
- Convert the existing image logo (check attached file) in Adobe illustrator OR Corel Draw to a Vector form.
-All the internal shadows and curves also to be maintained the same.
-The shadows should be shades of black and white as an overlay onto the solid background color, so that even if the color of the logo itself is changes, it will adjust to the shades perfectly.
- Apply minor design adjustments as needed
- Maintain overall design integrity.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in vector graphic design.
- Experience with SVG & AI format - Adobe illustrator/Corel Draw.
- Attention to detail for minor tweaks.
