Logo Vectorization with Color Modification

I am currently searching for a seasoned graphic designer with significant experience in logo vectorization and color modification. The original logo file is in JPEG format.
Specific project requirements are as follows:
- Vectorize JPEG logo into SVG format (skills in Adobe Illustrator or similar of utmost importance)
- Improving original logo color (blacks, lines) of original file as before the vectorization process
- Maintain design integrity whilst actioning color shift
This project allows for creativity in the color re-imagining process, but necessitates experience in graphic design, logo creation, and vector art.
