Logo Resizing for Print Ad

I have a low-resolution PNG logo that needs to be resized for a print ad. The dimensions should be 170px width x 130px height.

Key Requirements:
- Convert the logo into a high-resolution format
- Resize the logo to fit the specified dimensions
- Deliver the final logo in either Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or a high resolution PDF

Please note: The final logo should be a color image in CMYK mode, 300 dpi resolution, saved as PDF, Tiff or EPS.
