Logo Reformatting

I need my JPEG logo reformatted into a GIF. The current image is low resolution and needs to be tidied up.

Requirements:
- Convert small JPEG to GIF plus other popular formats (IE Gif, Jpg (LARGE) Pdf,)
- Improve low-resolution quality so we can blow it up for banners etc

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in image editing and format conversion
- Experience with logo design and modifications
- Attention to detail
