Logo Refinement, background removal and Formatting

I have an existing logo that needs some work. The goal is to enhance its quality and prepare it for various uses. I want the logo to be perfectly symmetrical and to be rendered in PNG. So i need a white and black version with the colored sun, and also a completely white and black version including the white or black sun.

- Refine the logo to have sharper lines and edges.
- Possibly make a minor adjustment to the logo.
